To provide a high level of quality management direction to the way we manage, conduct and deliver our business activities.


This is to include all company processes and functional areas.


This is a Management responsibility which is to ensure all our quality management objectives, goals and behaviours are consistent, constant, monitored and reviewed within the whole organisation at all times.


Management uses the Quality Management Policy as a guide to the development of objectives, targets and performance outcomes for decisions making.

Supervisors communicate and explain the Quality Management Policy to all employees to ensure that everybody is familiar with the policy and its intent and we consistently work together as a team to provide and improve a quality service and product to all existing and new clients.
